Service Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the delivered work as specified in the service agreement. Service providers retain the right to showcase their work in portfolios.

We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly:

• Platform Mediation: Our support team will attempt to mediate the dispute
• Evidence Review: We will review all relevant evidence and communications
• Fair Resolution: We will make a fair determination based on our policies
• Appeal Process: Users may appeal decisions within 7 days

OneMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
