To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page and click "Forgot password"
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. Check your email (including spam folder) for a password reset link
4. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password

If you don't receive the email within 10 minutes, please contact our support team.

Our standard support hours are:

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EAT
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EAT
• Sunday: Closed

Emergency technical support is available 24/7 for critical issues affecting system functionality.

To update your billing information:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to "Account Settings"
3. Select the "Billing" tab
4. Click "Update Payment Method"
5. Enter your new payment details
6. Click "Save Changes"

For security reasons, we don't store full credit card numbers. You'll need to re-enter your complete card information when updating.

You can access your invoices through your account dashboard:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to the "Billing" section
3. Select "Invoice History"
4. Find the invoice you need and click "Download"

All invoices are also automatically emailed to the primary account email address on file at the time of payment.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to "Account Settings"
3. Select the "Subscription" tab
4. Click "Cancel Subscription"
5. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
